I’m a self confessed knowledge-sharing evangelist who has a passion for sharing insight and learning acquisition with others. A natural enthusiasm for human motivation, engagement and high performance has influenced my unique career path from elite sporting roles as an athlete and coach, to HR and strategic workforce planning and development in the public environment. My passion for high performance is tempered with an innate belief that teamwork is powerful and that business outcomes are far more effective when done collaboratively. I have an agile and curious mind with a real conviction in moving the public sector into the new world. My goals are simple – balance the space in business where imagination and prudence are not mutually exclusive.

Steve Tighe talks “Strategic Foresight”.

The more I delve into this world, the more I realise that there is a space in business for the big picture thinkers. In fact, among answering some of my random queries about his field, Steve has agreed to take time out of his busy schedule next week to catch up and talk shop!
